I did lasik around 3 months ago but the results werent that good, able to see clearly if it's near but things are blurry from 4m away. Went back to my clinic and they said that I will probably need an enhancement since there is still some residual degree left.
Anyone experienced this before as well? Will my eyes eventually recover to near perfect or do I really have to do an enhancement surgery?
May I know where u do the surgery and b pay which doc?

Are your vision still the same from start till the 3 months mark?

Yea it's actually the same to me. But when I went back 3 months after the surgery and took the eye test I was told it got a little bit better.

Hope your enhancement goes well! Do you need to pay for the enhancement though?

Dr Lynn Yeo was very reassuring. I chose Dr Yeo for my consultation as I knew she specialised and was vastly experienced with ICL, being one of the earliest doctors to perform ICL in Singapore. I also felt that the work done for LASIK was more machine-guided, and the work necessary for ICL was more dependent on surgeon skill. Knowing that I was likely to require ICL, I chose to consult Dr Yeo.

Dr Yeo was very assuring, she knew I was mentally prepared to take up ICL so she just addressed my concerns - iridotomy, cataracts etc. Her experience in this area was very assuring. She was able to cite statistics to address my concerns and also share her experience in encountering the type of complications i read about.
Hi, could you Pm me a referral for Dr Lynn Yeo? I am booking a consultation for ICL with her! Thanks in advance.

I think most probably after 3months if still same throughout, means will be like that i guess. But some say recovery will take 6mths or more but personally i feel if same through for 3months+ , most probably won't improve much le bah?

That's my experience haha.

Nope! Enhancement is free for up to 3 years.

Hi guys, did any of you experience red eyes that just cant go away after your lasik? I did my lasik almost 1 1/2 yrs ago and im having red eyes now. Not sure if it is because of too much screen time using my phone. Previously i went back to my doc and he said i have sore eyes but i actually dont. Search online and there is a term called computer vision syndrome. Im actually quite stress about my eyes now especially my left eye. Once it is dry, it usually will be a lot redder until i put the eyedrops but the red blood vessels still will not go away. And i do not have dry eyes until recently only. I have already set an appointment with SNEC to do a more comprehensive check.

Yep, very possible eye fatigue. Some optical stores do comprehensive checks as well. Remember to take frequent breaks (something many people don't do)

What the cost ICL?
My myopia is -11/-10 and astig -1/-2.
I did a test with dr Lee Hung Ming at Asia pacific eye centre due to friend recommendation and was quoted 16k for ICL.
Is this normal? If yes probably will just go with him cos he seem professional.
Hi there, did you go for EEC or Asia Pacific ICL in the end?

Would you mind sharing with me the actual costs incurred? Please and thank you
