Hi all, anyone has experience review for armaggedon monitor support? I'm just trying to ask if their 3 yrs warranty is onsite or offsite, their Facebook and WhatsApp support all no reply. Shopee and lazada also. I dunno if I bought the monitor, will I be able to even use the warranty service now. On the other hand, AOC replied fast. I wanted to try armaggedon but worry Abt the after sales.

Armageddon's distributor is Leapfrog Global. It is better that you call them directly. Based on my understanding, all their monitors are carry in warranty. My experience with them is not that bad. For my case, monitor started acting up, they told me the model has a known manufacturer defect which they stopped taking in, so they gave me the options to change/ top up for upgrade. Another person was there and when they tested his monitor was faulty, they replace on the spot. I think they sell primarily monitors, some preassembled PCs and cheap PC components/ accessories, so seeing people RMAing monitor should not be uncommon in my opinion.

I had an Armageddon casing which was defective. No problem with LeapFrog CS. They sent me a new casing and collected the previous one when I top up the difference for another model.

Is it onsite or need to bring to their office?

Casing is almost always carry in warranty. At least all the casing I got, this is the case.

What I really liked about LeapFrog after sales service based on my single experience is that they chose to own up that the monitor is faulty by design. They followed up with assuring that they have stopped taking orders for that particular model and offered a discount for a replacement. These basically checks all the good CS I have in mind. It could be the particular person I dealt with, but it was a positive experience.

how much cheaper is it compared to hp or dell with onsite? to me the convenience of onsite exchange is worth $100 of my time. the armaheddon svc ctr might not have stock too.

Onsite. They delivered and collected at my home at the same time.
Good to know. Never knew that casing have onsite warranty... In my mind, unless the casing is part of a full system purchased from them, it will be quite odd for them to offer onsite warranty.
