$6k for this configuration? Looks overprice some components does not make sense.
Can opt for ASUS ROG STRIX X570-E which have build in Wifi and BT.
Probably half of the price of the PC goes to GPU

You can consider Lenovo Legion T7, with that budget you can max out the configuration.

This is for example, you can approach Harvey Norman or Best Denki check if they help
you order one with maximum configuration.
Or call Lenovo as their website does not have available models to order.

long time dont see $6k pc. :s14:

feels overpriced for the practical usage.

even with gpu shortages, would expect a 3080ti & 5900x for $6k

suggest drop the 3TB hdd, the pcmr le casing. get the cheaper ram, get the gen4 aorus ssd instead of gen3 samsung.

Overpriced.

Furthermore. Its not even nice to look at lol (sorrrry). But i guess, one mans meat is another mans poison.

I think at this time going for aesthetics first is not going to be a good choice. Go for pratical first if you arent sure of what you getting yourself into.

Parts with aesthetics can be really expensive. To me, if there is a room for improving the specs rather than aesthetics, go for specs first. Once u reach your budget with the specs, then only if you have some spare change then you can consider aesthetics. Else the money spend goes more into aesthetics and neglecting specs aside is just not gonna bring you far.

Hope you understand that.

even so, a 3080 + 5800x build should cost u no more than 4k. aftershock asking for 6k is quite outrageous.

Reason why his setup cost S$6K plus is because he chosen many expensive items over the cheaper alternative. They charge extra S$240 from changing a gigabyte 570 to a Asus 570. And most of the items he choose are of a more expensive option.

A similar spec with lesser RGB is S$5K. Drop to a 3070Ti and it cost 4K plus.

Quality components aside, TS is paying a high premium for their services, hopefully their services standard will not goes below TS expectations as compared to some others customer experience in the past.

if u give most of us here this budget 6k, we should be can diy outside a build with 5900x and at least 3080ti/3090 ba..

but if u going for the aesthetics choice based then its your own choice. most diy builders would go for best specs if have this budget.

Don't think you will be getting this, perhaps just for the fun of showing off expensive deal you come across.

Actually, i follow what he got and what i can find in simlim pricelist, this is what i get.

5800X + Asus Strix F 570 $1193 Fuwell
Gigabyte 3080 OC $1854 PCtheme
Corsair Veng Pro RGB 3600 $309 Fuwell
NZXT Z73 360MM $409 PCtheme
Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1TB $229 Fuwell
Samsung 870 QVO 2TB $299 Fuwell
Toshiba 3TB $103 Dynacore
EVGA GA 850W $172 Dynacore
Lian Li Strimer Plus $78 Dynacore
Total is $4646.
This is without the casing which is a limited edition casing. But this casing goes for USD159 in US. Give and take a similar black/white is going for $199 in PCtheme, i will estimate the limited edition version to be around $250. Plus window 10 OEM is $150.
Total is around 5K plus a bit more.

amazon sg has these for not insignificantly cheaper. ram is $260, nvme is $170 if u opt for the wd sn750 (which performs similarly) and the ssd is $250. u can also opt for a cheaper sata ssd since it is sata based and speed isnt a big differentiating factor.
EVGA GA 850W $172 Dynacore
superflower legion gx pro for ~$135 is better value i feel.
Plus window 10 OEM is $150.
can get online for as low as $2.

not sure what kind of aesthetic ts is looking for, since all the parts are from different manufacturers and managing all the rgb sounds like its going to be a pita :s13:

Amazon is cheaper but if ship from US mean no warranty locally, esp for Samsung. :s13:

I guess if he spend so much, local support is also important for him.

Hey Ragna, thanks for making the effort to compile the SL list for comparison! It provided better clarify on how much more i would be paying.
But ya, have expected a significant price difference buying from Aftershock vs if i DIY from SL. But Aftershock offers 3 years onsite pickup, which would be really great and convenient for me getting a system at this price
