I feel it is because there isn't a large watch community in SingaporeOh my bad, I misunderstood as you seemed fixated on getting a Seiko.
If you're ok to explore other brands, no harm walking around some pawn shops or dealers to see what you find. I think in general local e-commerce is a little behind other international chains and would not have complete inventories online.
from a business standpoint (as a 2nd hand watch dealer), it is logical to stick to the popular mainstream watches for them to make a profit - Rolex Submariner e.g.
