Yes. New voucher starts date is 1 Sept. Old voucher expired date is 19 Sept 2020.

Information on the recontract fee for completing 10 month -17 month. It is stated under the News Bulletin that the Re contract upgrade fee is $350 for those who have completed 10 - 17 month contract and valid till 30 Sep 2021.
