I have a question about cancellation / refund cos this is the first time I encounter.

I have an order of foodstuff from Taiwan, Seller informed me that one of the items is prohibited in Singapore and ask me to to ask for refund and had removed that listing.

I wanted to get my money back fast so I cancelled that item and informed the Seller to process the request immediately. Seller say they will contact CS to get it done. I do not know what is the correct process but after some thoughts, I feel I should not have cancelled the item since I am not at fault. How do you normally do for such situation?

If u want your money back fast & get penalized = u cancel
If ur seller want to get penalized = he cancel
If both party dont want to get penalized = qoo10 cancel

I think I read somewhere that there's some points system for the Seller. But... What kind of penalty does the Buyer get? Blacklisted?

Use $3 off $30 cart coupon
Use $5 shipping coupon.
Still hit that exceed 20% error.

They calculate shipping as $5 even though actual shipping is only 1.99 ?

Try adding $1-$2 more to see if still got error?

Sequence matters. Must add shipping first then cart coupon. I did not check out all the way but manage to get to last screen.

I used both 30% coupon ($3max) and $5 shipping coupon for an order less than $20 on Saturday.
Just test,, now cannot le.
