Yes must pay in full, that's what I did for 12 Pro Max last year.

If want CC instalment, have to call Apple to order, then they'll make arrangements.

I dabbled around and found that the menu shifted a little in iOS15

to find out if you have 5G SA or NSA.
Punch in that code.

Make sure to be on a 5G network.
Under the 5G section > Tap on NR ConnectionStats > Look for connection Type
