His credit card was charged for the iphone S$2xxx. I hate looking at my credit card bill...

Didn't know that. Anyway still not upgrading...the restore and re entering of info is such a hassle. The isheep 13 PM is incremental at best. I don't play games on the isheep so its 120Hz and mmWave (US version). Meh.

Initially I also dunno it's international warranty until my HK set camera having issue. So, I contacted Apple via the online chat, they advised me to bring down to Apple store in SG which at that point of time, only Orchard or Airport (MBS yet to open). Then the Apple staffs told me iPhones had international warranty and they will need 3-7 working days to ship a replacement phone from HK. 3 days later, I received a call to go down and collect. That was really quite fast because I remembered I went on a sat and monday call me up, gave me the confident to purchase HK set (physical dual sim) as stinktel doesn't had esim.

Anyway for mmWave portion, I read up a bit and it had very short range. Meaning in SG, most likely only town area had mmWave INDOORS and heartlands area should be using only SA.

Only SnoreTel has mmWave, I'm not giving them my money. Anyway I have free 5G add on with Giga! This years' isheep isnt exciting enough to upgrade.

And they charged for using 5G.. I will be switching away from them once contract is up. This year only incremental upgrade, mostly on the 120hz and camera portion. I can still tahan for one more year if HK set price are too high. Already got iPhone 14 pic exposed before iPhone 13 was launch. If that exposed is true, next year iPhone 14 will be a better upgrade without notch, totally flat camera behind the back.

highly sure we wont see an under display from apple next year. the tech is still new and not perfect yet. the notch is here to stay

Punch hole doesn’t mean it will be under display anyway. And the 2nd gen under display is still a bit… trash.

It's good since I can now consolidate my ipad/iphone charging on the same charger now instead of using 2 different charger which takes up space. I can but its too much hassle. It will cost at least $300 SGD for shipping (since it has a battery, you need to use DHL, EMS cannot) and you have to pay GST when it comes. My isheep 12PM is dual sim.

But you need a overseas address for the shipping. How is Apple store going to send it to you?
Unless you get someone to buy for you and forward to SG.
