PC can't get pass bios screen

Yes it boots to bios automatically.

Yes after loading screen the pc shuts down. My fan is still running fine and i can feel the air coming out though

That means your mobo, cpu, ram, gfx and psu are OK. If I understand correctly, you have replaced a new HDD and it didn't fix this problem? Your mobo was released in 2015 so is at least 5 yr old. Check and see if the capacitors are bloated.

BTW, did you replace the CR3032 battery ? If you have a multimeter, can check the voltage. Can get from provision shop.

Sometimes, the faulty on/off switch also can give funny symptom. Refer to mobo manual and unplug the power connector and use test pen to power up.

At this point can be RAM or power supply.
Take note this next troubleshooting if PC cannot turn on, you have to send to a repair shop.

- Unplug the power cord from the PC.
- Flip the switch at the back of the PSU few times, this is to reset the PSU.
- Plug back the power cord and try power on the PC.
If it doesn't turn on means the PSU is faulty.

As well as try remove the CMOS battery than put it back.

If this does not works than I suggest either:

- Take a photo of the PC inside by removing the side panel.
- Bring to a repair shop at Sim Lim Square.

Nope nothing burning, nor any burning smell

when i plugged a new hdd with an OS installed, it faces the same issue with my current HDD.
My capacitors are not bloated as well.
Yup, i tried replacing the 2032 battery as well.

the pc isn't considered "shut down" if the fans are still running.

very symptomatic of a memory access error on the RAM for both issues. your worst case scenario u could be looking at is a failed RAM slot(s) or the memory management aspect of the CPU. i recall @wwenze quoting this in another thread so his comment may be useful here.

we can be sure its not the ram stick that is problematic since u have alr tested it.

also hor... this might be a beginner's mistake but check that your SATA mode is AHCi and not compatibility mode. there was something quite off about the way your computer started up

yup its in AHCi mode based on my BIOS.

Tried the PSU solution, but still same issue. Also, PSU is a new so i doubt would be the PSU.
Tried the battery method a few times too.

tried also with another sata cable. doesnt seem to fix the problem

Just to rule out faulty on-off switch, try use a screw driver to start your pc.

on-off switch wasnt the issue. tried jumpstarting with test pen

I see Western Digital WD10EZEX-00BN5A0 from the screenshot.
If this is the case, you may want to consider a new SSD before you decide to junk the system.

Do you have SSD or just hard disk?
FYI the SSD seems dead, a faulty hard disk also can prevent Windows from loading.
Especially if you notice the HDD light is always on.

Just a HDD. But it did test with a spare HDD with os installed and it prompts the same issue

My Seagate 1TB is newer than your WD. I partition to 3 logical drives. The boot up time getting longer. I bought a SK Hynix 1TB SSD for $155 from Amazon. During the data transfer, the old C drive died. High chance that your HDD isn't working right. Worse case, you can still use the 1TB SSD on your new system so it will not be wasted.
