I'm not sure if this is the (correct) way to judge, but could you go into Disney+ and load up any 4K title like maybe Loki or Lion King.

Play it, and see if it's HD quality (at least), or comes out like crappy SD.

Also, does Netflix work in Widevine L1 for you?

This is Netflix on my tablet. I don't have Disney plus so can't test.

I just check my Disney Plus and can only play in HD mode.

I go to the UHD and look for those movie, when I select that movie, first page detail show is in HD.

As for Netflix, I do not have a account to test.

go to settings, additional settings, date and time, change format to 24 hour. That's the only way.

I removed by installing this app. After disabling the function, I uninstalled the app and the swipe up to search isn't come back.
