I would still get a P6 as I do not need a huge phone and 5G. Plus, after few years when pixel 7 or 8 come out, surely will change to another one. haha

I'm only thinking to get P6 128GB or 256GB model.

P6 is just 5mm shorter the P6Pro, width and thickness the same... and both are large phones... they arent compact like P3 to P5

I'm gonna chill and wait for Singapore demo unit.
Hope they don't chicken out and abandon Singapore release.
Quite skeptical with the fingerprint and camera improvement.
From what I see,

My Pixel 6 from Amazon US has reached vpost. I have declared the package as phone and they charged me GST straight away along with shipping charges. Estimated delivery date from vpost is 10 to 17 November.

Tbh, Volte is something very useful for today standard. Especially when you do game on your mobile. Getting uninterupted playing while in a call is still something quite important such as mlbb players. Without it, droping to 3G will be death for mlbb players.

Apart from that, searching for quick info on the net while on a call is something very useful also. With 3G running, it is near impossible to get any info quick enough also.

Last but not least, the call quality is something hard to look pass it. 3G calls are just plain muffled if you were to ask me. It gets even worse when the other party receptions goes bad. At least on 4G, one can still hear a bit of skiping and somehow guess what it is.

Tax is 71 SGD for Pixel 6. I declared the actual value as USD 699 for the phone. Shipping cost is 30 dollars after 25% discount. I paid additional 20 dollars for vcare. Vcare is optional extra insurance by vpost which covers package loss or damaged goods.

Besides, we won't know what to really expect from the Pixel 6 Pro battery for more than a week since it takes a total of two weeks for the adaptive battery feature (which uses Machine Learning) to understand how you use the phone and the battery. And if you need to stretch out the battery on the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro, disabling 5G will reportedly add more battery life to the handsets.

Tensor v1 is not optimised to run processes on heavy load (Exynos core ) . adaptive battery optimisation can only improves to certain extend…still have other area such as the LTPO panel and 5G modem sucking up battery life…. this explains on the mediocre battery life mkbhd, mr mobile and David Imel mentioned.

Phone and buds in single packaging? If you declare buds value, you need pay additional GST. Better not as its free anyway.
