Sourdough starter 60g 1:1:1 means 60g bread flour + 60g all purpose flour + 60g water? Leave it at room temperature for 24 hours, then take out 30g to put in another bottle containing 60g all purpose flour + 60g water & leave it at room temperature for 24 hours. Repeat again.


think is easier to watch this video guide. the sourdough starter will take at least a week to culture it. Recommended 2 weeks of feeding before actually using it for baking so it yeast is stronger.

Wow the paper wrapped chicken seems damn nice. Always wanted to cook that for myself, guess I'm gonna cook it over this weekend and try it out

Why I make charsiew end up not crispy 1. I put in oven to roast, but meat become soggy (like cook in water)

u have to oil + grill/oven a few times to get the burn/crispy on the surface.
