I've decided to port out from Changi Mobile after missing a series of urgent calls from a client.

Given the price range, Vivifi looks to be the next best option with a little more talktime. Let's hope the lack of VoLTE is not that much of a dealbreaker as I sometimes have to retrieve data while on calls, but IIWII. Will see how it goes!

Really wanted to give Changi Mobile and M1 another chance, but perhaps it'll be better come Dec 2025 when islandwide 5G coverage is expected.

This is a bit sad, considering I haven't gotten any spam calls for 2 months now, and only 2 +65 calls the whole of Nov. My issue is poorer coverage. Then again, perhaps the poorer coverage is why I didn't get any of those calls. :s13:

How do I terminate the line? Browse through the app can't find any option or even mention in the FAQ

Normally voice call should be ok. You miss the clients calls because no data network?

I'll be porting out also after using for about 2 months, keep having data not loading despite signal bar is full (need to on/off airplane mode rather often). Will be trying out Vivifi to see if it's due to CM network issue. Will feedback here again in one to two weeks time once I've collected my Sim tomorrow.

I think so. Don't remember having such issue with Giga (used for 1 year) previously before I ported over to CM for past two months. Will try Vivifi see if the same issue persist.
