overheats faster and more than my p6 and op9p on same graphic settings for games.. normal usage also hotter.. idle temp also higher.. alot of stuttering throughout miui..

Higher heat I might be able to just close one eye but the stuttering, sounds really bad. I wonder if its the SD8Gen1 not efficient or the emui Software optimisation does not work well with the SD8Gen1.

Same specs launch in SG shld be $1298 onwards

Not gonna discuss about the small sized flagships of Xiaomi 12 and 12X.... since i guess that belongs to the minority of the SG market

I thought the overheating issue is quite serious for Xiaomi 12 Pro.

The buyer is paying top price for the chip but ends up with mediocre performance after throttling sets in.

I will avoid phones with the hot SD 8 Gen 1 chip.

dont really understand their pricing. their mi 12 launched 300 yuan lower than mi 11 in china.
but the mi 12 launch global at same or higher than mi 11 prices.

some more the mi 11 competed with s21+, now u need to go till mi 12 pro for the same size.
hu in thheir right mind will choose xiaomi over samsung at the same price
