If you are using Bond Express you must have the accredite invester declared so as to have the option to input a smaller capital? Just tried and there is no option to choose anything less than 250k.

I think because I am not declared as AI so even weekday I do not have the option to choose anything less than 250k.

Btw - do you know who owns the bond since this is only portion of it but not a full lot of 250k, if this is under iFast meaning there is an extra default risk not only the company you loan to, but also at iFast.

So far how easy to sell and buy the bond with the price quoted? Not sure how liqulidity under Bond Express.

I have chatted FSM and this is what they provided on custodian "All assets are registered in the name of iFAST Financial Pte Ltd - Client Trust, and subject to MAS regulations. If iFAST Financial Pte Ltd (‘iFAST’) ceases as a business concern, your assets are protected. The creditors of iFAST will have no claim over your assets" - So all these bonds will be under iFast custodian.

It's liquid in the sense that you can almost always buy it at the ask price and sell it at the bid price. Those prices can be really bad with wide spreads though, if nobody is putting up orders.

I can see the volume now by clicking the "i" there and no need to declare the AI status until the actual buy/sell. Liquality seems okay but surely the spread is high as said. I checked some and it can be up to 0.7% spread, that's even higher than the processing fee. Surely not worth for low yield bond, however higher yield with higher risk so something need to consider.

not always perp. today ascendas (temasek got share) come out 7 years senior bond 3+%

will have more bonds coming out in the weeks and months ahead, no hurry la.
