Always refer to the details of SSB this month's bond page ie the page that shows the interest rate for current month application. Scroll to the bottom they will show when you can redeem and when you can receive the money.

Eg if want to redeem in May, can apply to redeem from 4 May to 26 May (9pm). But money is only received on 1 June (my experience is about 5pm).

From 1 May they have an upsized promo that requires $300 card spend and purchase of insurance or investment product. I did not bother to read because still applies to first 10k only.

Thanks for sharing so just redeem late of the month to get on early next month I see. No wonder ppl say the days to wait for redemption monies varies.

Any existing Customers did not receive the 1% interest for the month of June 2022? I only got 0.3% instead, and I'm chasing their helpdesk for a response.

However, the last time that the 16th of the month fell on a Saturday (April 2022), the interest was credited during the day on the 18th (i.e. the Monday).

I am sure this bank from the middle ages will say that the delay is due to their computer systems being recalibrated to the July 2022-onwards interest payment routine. Or, even better: the lackey whose job it is to click on "Submit" all day on the 16th to release the interest individually for every customer ("personalised service", you see) is on vacation leave these days.

I am not planning to use or keep track of the Visa Signature card just to earn the 1% on the S$10K balance here, July 1 onwards. I moved all my funds out today (could've/should've done it on the 1st), but this annoyance with the interest rate reminded me to do so today.
