My friend just came back, and yes, it's confirmed that the physical counters don't do room reservations anymore. Gotta be either via the kiosk or call centre hotline.

They hv a complicated algorithm for their room booking system - different tier card holder and different player have different entitlement/rates or even "views" on the room availablity.

Lol...FOC - one whole stretch Sun to Fri? u wish lor - it doesn't mean u r given FOC whole stretch - probably total only for 3 nights at max if u r lucky. U hv to "book" first then chk how much u hv got to pay then only will know how many foc nights u get.

FOC room left one day on 26th.

If use GP, got few more rooms at Tower 3, Y5 Deluxe.

i missed the cheapo Nasi Lemak at 1-Meter Teh
Always buy few for late nite supper in the hotel room.
Last time still got Wendy's burger with thick burger patty.. now closed shop.
McD burger tasted bad when cold.

Everytime I go, first day I make sure I buy 1 box of tambun biscuit from Heng Heng. Eat when hungry. Inside every 4 piece sealed in plastic. Easy to bring around.

Then last day buy more to bring back to Singapore.
