Downside?
I believe it is like robinhood, commission free but they make money via selling order flow. Also they have this 50k margin at zero interest promotion. Not sure for how long. But it seems for attracting day traders.

Are there any withdrawal fees?

Webull does not charge any withdrawal fees for SGD withdrawals. However, for USD and HKD withdrawals, there will be a handling fee of SGD20 charged by the remitting bank. This amount will be automatically deducted from the withdrawal amount.

I applied for the account this afternoon and my account is open already. I funded the account with 2k SGD. Funding is very similar to Tiger brokers direct debit. I prefer this because it is sure to hit my account, rather than doing the account transfer from my DBS account, there is always a fear whether my money will actually reach "my" account. The deposit was also instantaneous.

Webull offers 0% margin interest rate upto 50k. For my 2k SGD deposit my purchasing power is 7k. With margin account I dont need to convert to USD and also I dont need to pay any interest. I think this is an awesome convinience, which trumps brokers like Moomoo and Tiger.

I plan to buy 6 sharesof ARKK on Tuesday when markets open, just for fun. So I fulfil the 6 trades requirement to earn $100. ARKK is so cheap now, worth a punt and the amount is so small, it wouldnt really matter. I plan to keep the account for 1 month and after that withdraw everything.

only can trade thru mobile apps?

their desktop platform not available yet?
Like Syfe only through mobile app but they have more like options and margin which Syfe don't support. But their forex is not so good so ppl who convert large amount take note.

E.g
Syfe SGD 1 give USD 0.7271
Webull SGD 1 give USD 0.7244

Maybe for Syfe trade, but Syfe Wealth is the only platform I know that can facilitate automatic daily dca, which I am doing.

Hi All, just to update, I placed 6 individual buy trades of SLV ETF(dont ask me why I chose iSLV in particular, you can choose any US listed stock or ETF, smaller the price safer it is) priced at $20 each and then closed it immediately for a very small nominal loss of -USD 0.36. So I am done with it. Now waiting for the $100 AAPL fractional shares to hit my account. I need to keep the S$2000 in the account for 1 month as per the T&C.

It seems a pretty easy way to earn USD 100 :)

Verified fractional shares supported but compared to Syfe I find the difference.
1 Syfe fractional shares many digit after the dot. Webull only 5 digit after the dot so actually is smaller?
2 Syfe price is more close to what you see even it is Market order. Webull can differ abit see luck as I try two fractional shares trade buy
3 Webull I hit fractional shares partially filled can you believe? Syfe I never hit such issues.

Lastly really 0 fees for US stock,ETF buy

Promotion end until 30 June? So no 100?like that how moi confirm. :frown:
revhappy and me will feedback if we later get the 100 worth of AAPL shares. TnC say within 7 business days so yesterday done the trade before 30 Jun will see got or not.

Anyway you can just apply don't fund yet take a look at the UI. I would say it has much more info than Syfe and seriously I am a bit overwhelmed but it is ok just need to get used to it. But I warn first the forex not so good so if you are a trader trades in the thousands really lose. But I am going for fractional shares so I won't see that difference alot and I am not a trader.

I see nobody has created an official thread to discuss WeBull Singapore. It seems very popular in the US and has zero commission for US stocks. You can trade only US and HK shares. There is promotion of $100 AAPL fractional shares if you make 6 trades.

You are right, it is read-only in the app. Maybe when their website is up we can download them
