I been to chiang mai a lot of times but never been to the zoo. Maybe you can check out pantip

sorry for being noob, what is pantip?

From some reviews, night safiri is better and if have the times can go to sankampaeng hot springs.

Thank you for recommendation

just go the one suit your trip one lo.. like timing wise, or location wise..

Yeah, i dedicated one day trip to go such places. So i think quite free to go any of the zoos, want to expose kid to more nature (controlled) lol

Booked Thai Airways transferring to Thai Smile Airways to go Chiang Mai, all in a single ticket.

Can anyone advise if we have to clear immigration, collect baggage, get out of arrival Hall, then proceed to Departure Hall to check in for Thai Smile Airways?
Or is there a passage inside directly to domestic flights without clearing custom?

When check in at SG make sure your ticket or boarding pass are issued together including bkk - cnx and luggage checked through to cnx.

Would then be airside transfer. Should be then clear immigration at bkk then transfer to domestic terminal.

Sorry not quite sure if I got you.
Means even when at Changi Airport we inform check in luggage through CNX, we still need to clear custom leave arrival hall then take escalator up to departure hall and check in again at Thai Smile Airways counter?

1) Check in at THAI counter at Changi, double check with agent that your check-in is through to CNX as final destination. You should have 2 boarding pass (SIN-BKK, BKK-CNX) if so
2) If so, means your luggage will usually check through to CNX. Only collect at CNX. But check with counter to confirm
3) At BKK, you will be directed to the domestic transfer counter. Usually you will then clear immigration there and then onto domestic terminal at BKK
4) reach CNX domestic terminal and collect your luggage.

This is what i understand based on my previous experience but i may be wrong or the procedure might be changed. So ask the check-in counter on the process, they will inform you accordingly.
