Thanks. Managed to find it. But there was a time out at Fraser's app. Grab also sent alert that new login to Grab.

End up Frasers no new giftcard but Grab deducted $50.

Yes. I did.

Choose $50. Then after entering promo code it shows $60 less $10 discount.

It seems to be detected by Grab as new login and I got Grab notification and an email. So probably because of this processing time took longer. And then Fraser's showed time out error and hang there.

No Giftcard and Grab wallet deducted. Wait to see if Grab return the $50.

Btw, what is the expiry date of the Giftcard ?

Just to update. Got the money back into Grab wallet.

I tried to buy the Giftcard and encountered timeout again.

Same, i switched to mobile data and it went thru.

In fact, just used it at hougang mall. Just let the cashier scan your frasers qr code, they will key in the amount then done!

So I was not the only one that faced the issue ?

Maybe Grab's security measure that checks to make sure the mobile number matches the Grab account.
