Gro Capital Ease is a 3-year single premium insurance savings plan which provides a maturity benefit of 108.67% at the end of the 3 years, with a guaranteed return of 2.81% p.a. What's more, no medical check-up is required and you can enjoy protection against death & total and permanent disability (TPD before age 70) during the term of the policy.

This plan is available on a limited tranche & first come, first served basis only, so hurry!

With a guaranteed yield of 2.81 (2.89?) , its more attractive the average 3 years SSB for July and Aug 2022.
Worth to buy? SRS can apply!

any penalty if withdraw halfway etc? FAQ nv state.

yes, the penalty is quite harsh.

bought some in April 2022 $40k. If redeem now, net cash value is $32k. (as shown in policy summary)

one of my NTUC $20k maturing in August 2022, net cash value is $19k.

The Income 2.8% 3y term is really not bad. Dun have to think where to put next for the next 3 years. And Income is very stable. Hope next tranche has higher interest.

It is good until FED goes to 5 or 7% in case inflation persist. Then the tranche will be 5% or more and u will regret lol.

it's attractive but.. I'll wait and see how the rates go until September to get a better sense of the (global) economy. in the mean time... can continue to pump into SSB/T-bills for short term.
