I'm a SuperRoam holder with 10GB of Roaming Data! 😬

Tried the Roaming data in Malaysia and Bangkok recently so far! Both were fantastic! (y)

For local data connection! I'm happy too! Just don't read too much into that slow speed result on Speedtest app! It doesn't really affect the connections as far as I'm concerned.
Do u travel frequently? I find it "heartpain" to pay $25 for 100GB local data when I cannot use finish even 50GB.... the 10GB roaming data is indeed very attractive.

Hi guys, collected my SIM but there’s a few behind me so I left hurriedly, also staff sounded quite rushing, he mentioned that the port-in will take place at 12am, then can insert the SIM Card? Damn confused now…

Hmmm so now I don’t do anything after 12am then insert the SIM and activate via the SIMBA App?

I forgot if they will issue u temporary number or not..... Try insert in your sim card and see if you can get signal or not. If not, will only get activated after 12am when they port in your number.

I will be going to my neighbourhood authorized dealer.
May get a phone fm them as well.
First time changing Telco after with M1 for twenty yrs.
M1 disappointed me by increasing my plan fm $30 to $55 and without my permission.
Was considering Singtel too.

Nowadays signing contract with free/cheaper phone just doesn't worth it.

I still remembered when I signed Singtel combo 2 + $430 iPhone 4 in 2011 my monthly bill was less than $40 with 12GB of data every month and then 2 years later when I recontract the same plan they reduce the free data to only 2GB but give you much more useless SMSes in return. And currently I am paying nearly $50 per month for a plan with only 2GB of data.

Thankfully my contract ended yesterday and I can now proceed with a much cheaper plan. And if you are those mid range phone user like Samsung A series, it is much cheaper to sign a SIM only plan while getting the phone elsewhere compared to signing 2 year contract with telco + 'cheaper' phone.

100GB is more than enough. Even during reservist I stay in and keep on watching video etc I only used around 25GB.

Okay bro I’ll try it out later… I also forgot to ask if there’s a temp no., but, I recall him saying your contract only commences once port-in takes place, so I’m guessing no temp no.? Lol…
I doubt port-in can be that fast?
Haha dunno if port-in can be fast or not but, one of the bros here seems to have positive experience with it, so I’m giving it a short. :)

Day 1 with TPG... SpeedTest done in East side cannot compare to Big 3 and Giga and Circles bah...

Guys, I am on postpaid $10/mth, I have my cc detail inside but should I also be concern about the Recharge? No right? :s11:

So, do you know if postpaid need to use the Recharge or auto debit from the credit card?

Don't need care about recharge.
It will auto charge to your cc.
You will received SMS & email notification about the status.
That time cos my CC expired, it failed so received the notification.
Then went in to update the CC details then ok liao.

Over the weekend, I collected the my130 SIM card and put inside my mobile router and use in Malaysia. So far so good. Speed not very fast but at least work.
4 of us used the data roaming for 2 days.
