Heya system still don't accept advance payment?
Was told by the retailer to pay only on the due date!
Otherwise, will have a shorter usage period for example if we make payment like 3 days earlier (eg due on 30th), the new due date will be brought forward by 3 days ( due on 27th).
Any comments if this is correct! Tia.
U can choose to top up to the main balance only, and use *119# to ownself buy the plan with the balance on your desired day.

IMHO.
The top-up updates the backend.
I have one SIM inside a phone which is turned off and I did the top-up.
Once I turned it on much later, the SMS comes in.

Ok thanks v much will give it a try to see how fast is the process n hope it will be smooth
U dun need the balance top up to be fast. U can top up the balance a few days early or even a week early, and just use the balance to purchase a new plan according to your desired date.

Sorry does it mean that by topping up via shopee does not mean the system will automatically renew the plan!
There's a need to dial *119# and select 2 to renew it on the due date?

Shopee got 2 product for you to buy
a) heya $10 50GB 30 Days Plan Top-up / Recharge / Renew
b) heya Main Balance $10 Top Up

option (a) is renew the plan
option (b) is as per what you describe, use *119# to"2. Purchase Plan from Heya Account Balance".

Main: $0.00 Exp:29-11-22.
heya Account balance: $10.00, Exp:29-11-22.
heya Plan: 144.707GB Local Data, Exp:12-10-22. 251 Local min, Exp:10-10-22. 24 Local SMS, Exp:10-10-22.

Why date and local min/sms expired different 2days?

IMHO. IIRC.
I have 2 numbers and have done for 3 months.
I tried the top-up main balance once.
Shopee is really convenient for me.
Yes for now may have to work on this method ( required to monitor n renew on due date).
Hope heya can improve and see the needs n important to allow auto renewal on due date like many other operators.
