LTE and 4G is the same this was discuss before few threads backthks ! simba network shows LTE instead of 4G in iphone , as it show same as in android phone ?

I suggest you off the Wi-Fi next time and try again. The problem may be due to the free Wi-Fi, it is too weak to connect you.between 9am to 10 am weekdays, EWL from Pasir Ris to Boon Lay, signal shows 4 bars but no data, need to switch Airplane mode then data starts come in ….
Unless you are on My130 plan (10gb roaming Malaysia) .. All standard plan is 1gb data roam Group A per month. Please check simba website FAQ.Is data usage in Malaysian ok? Any data cap? Gonna hotspot from parents tpg plan.

If you have wireless@sg wifi setup. Best to disable wifi when you not connected to one. Because nowadays many wireless@sg AP everywhete and it does affect your connection auto switching between wifi mobile etc. Especially in mrt areayes, data freeze, ok, will try with wifi off, thanks for sharing!

it has been more than 48hrs since 6/10 my line was ported .. the sms is not accurate ... i have spoken to the simba person at my neighbor hood they check with simba tech said my line is activate for roaming but not sure why the sms is saying otherwise ask me to try roaming if it is working or not .. Login and browse to your account -> Services -> Your plan -> support Intl roaming - if the value is true than it is activated.
Thereafter, you can only ascertain the auto-roam when you abroad.
