between 9am to 10 am weekdays, EWL from Pasir Ris to Boon Lay, signal shows 4 bars but no data , need to switch Airplane mode then off Airplane mode, then data starts come in ….

i have no issues with data from town area to clementi .. or JE area .. city hall .. funan .. bugis all working fine

Is data usage in Malaysian ok? Any data cap? Gonna hotspot from parents tpg plan.

If usable then I don need rent wifi router liao..

I suggest you off the Wi-Fi next time and try again. The problem may be due to the free Wi-Fi, it is too weak to connect you.

As i often encounter when travelling DTL. Whenever reach the next station, the data will freeze, after a while when train move forward, 2 seconds connect back.

After i turn off the Wi-Fi, it seems to be getting better. Yet it is still existed.

Unless you are on My130 plan (10gb roaming Malaysia) .. All standard plan is 1gb data roam Group A per month. Please check simba website FAQ.

this morning i check 3, 1218 again says not ready again ! i will go down ask that simba guy later at my neighborhood
how long since activation? my roaming was ready 24hrs after activation. think definitely need to check if more than 48hrs

it has been more than 48hrs since 6/10 my line was ported .. the sms is not accurate ... i have spoken to the simba person at my neighbor hood they check with simba tech said my line is activate for roaming but not sure why the sms is saying otherwise ask me to try roaming if it is working or not .. A friend also have similiar issue he had ported over 1-2 days earlier than me.

you may like to login to their website.

Login and browse to your account -> Services -> Your plan -> support Intl roaming - if the value is true than it is activated.

Thereafter, you can only ascertain the auto-roam when you abroad.

Thanks it was fixed by the simba staff station around my neighborhood. i dont see this info in "account -> Services -> Your plan -> support Intl roaming"

need log in using browser (not SIMBA app), then click on the Home icon, next to the Home icon, your mobile number will appear with hyperlink , then click on your mobile number, then it brings you to a page with the word Features , look below this Feature you see an arrow (or triangle) with the word Mobile Service, click on the arrow to expand the display, then scroll down through the lists (should be item number 11 or there about) and look for support Intl Roaming , look across this row to see if true is display ? or false display ?
