Those in the ‘real’ AD waiting list with qualifying spend history, do you periodically check with your SA for your allocation? Or do you just let it hang until they call u back.

I help you la. This template I prepare and shared previously. Just rename accordingly will do! remember to Hashtag please.

(Resharing the below)

Template 1
This is my First Rolex! Thank you (AD Boss or Staff) for allocating this rare piece to me although I have no previous buying history with (Name of the shop). Thank you (AD Boss or Staff) for your services and detailed explanations for the watch function. Really appreciate the friendly staffs over there although I do not have the chance to thank everyone there. I will definitely recommend my friends and be a returning customer! Cheers!

Template 2
Overall was a magnificent experience collecting my (Watch model name) at (Name of the shop) where the service was adequate and perfunctory at best. Was greeted with smiles from the staffs upon entering the shop, presented with wide array of watches which definitely spoilt of choices. (AD Boss or Staff) attended to me. They are knowledgeable about product features, knowing that I’ve never own a (Watch model name) before, (AD Boss or Staff) patiently explained and teaches me on the (Watch model name) functionality. As well as sizing of the watch to make sure I feel comfortable on my wrist.

The experience was flawless from start to finish. All in all, I appreciated the staffs sincere effort with great customer service and I could not be happier with my purchase. Thank you (AD Boss or Staff) again for this remarkable experience.
Wah seh, a ready template. Very useful for customers starting journey with K** 😂

No need to check periodically although if you have a sensing that it should be around that time you expect the watch for you might be arriving and the call hasn’t come, then it’s ok to check with the SA through a WhatsApp text.

In case I’m not in the “real list”?

Relative's old 16750 clasp gave way and the watch fell to the ground. Bezel came out and the crystal is loose and can be turned round.

Any advice on having it repaired? For instance, can they repair or have stock for the bracelet on this model?

Wow UK, Spain & France - tourists can buy Rolex already. But still need to bundle for Sports model - walk out with 2 (or more) immediately

28mm SS DateJust - walk in and buy
