u compare the price already?
So far for all my trips, I always use Airalo..on an average SGD 18 for 10GB data (30 days validity)

Not sure how Jetpac is better choice - just want to understand more!

I think price wise jetpac seems better cos it cover 50countries..but depends on your usage bah..

anyone know if this jetpac can be activated when overseas? (eg, if my free simba 1gb didnt work and this $10 3gb will comes in handy)

I think the inconvenience is you need to have internet access (e.g. hotel wifi) to buy the plan. Not sure if they will be able to generate the profile for you to install on your phone immediately, or need to wait.
My Malaysia XOX eSIM they took 3 days to send the QR code after I've submitted and paid.

Even now when I go Malaysia, I bring my physical Starhub prepaid in case my XOX doesn't work. Have been using Starhub prepaid roaming pre-COVID days, didn't fail me especially on my longer trips to Japan, UK.

Ya. Somehow giga/my republic (plan without free roaming) seems to work without problem overseas. But Simba is not so for me. Kanna Once in JB and worst was in aust.

CL is probably reselling from other eSIM providers for JetPack. That is why they have different eSIM profiles in the same package, to cover the 50+ destinations.

If you're on iPhone, maybe you can see what carrier profile they're holding on when you're latched on SingTel.
Settings -> General -> About -> Network Provider (for the eSIM). It's very unlikely to be M1 Singapore.

Ya. It's showing Singtel as network and network provider is 1010 / CSL 52.0

Can you use the data when on SingTel?
There is a R logo beside the ST signal strength on my phone. So I believe CL partnered with some other foreign telco (looks like its 1010 by CSL Mobile as per ekardo's post) to provide this Jetpac service. And when in SG, its roaming on ST network. Did not try to use the data on ST though.

Oh I mean it's 20GB for first bill cycle, I thought can spare a bit and see if it's usable. But np.

Means you're a roaming customer and the origin carrier is CSL HK.
Didn't wanna waste for my 3gb plan. I think not even enough for my upcoming trips

Works perfectly in bkk. But realised the circles life app is not accurate. End of the night still showing me 3gb. Anyone else also face the same problem? (Mine is 3gb plan)
