Hi all ultra owner, I’m planning for an upgrade to ultra too. Anyone can advise where is the best place to get one with a midnight ocean band? Tried it at Apple Store last eve, but not sure if other places can get it at a slightly discount price.
And I remembered I read somewhere that I can get apple care at a discount too, do advise on that too. Thanks.

shopee/lazada can get it at discounted price

applecare at discount, go to Alabs/QCD within 60 days of purchase, iirc is 10% discount. After 60 days, Alabs/QCD offers Applecare+ 365. The difference between this and the normal one (purchased within 60 days of purchase) is that there is no international warranty for Applecare+ 365

Thanks for the valuable direction . Will go check it out . So if I get Apple Care at a discount rate , there won’t be any warranty coverage if I damage the Watch when I’m travelling?

what i meant for international warranty is you cant claim warranty overseas.

For e.g. You damaged your watch at US, with international warranty, you can just bring the watch to a Genius Bar in US to get it replaced. Without international warranty, you have to wait till you come back to SG and bring it to a local Genius Bar to get it replaced

You can get from shopee/lazada this 12:12 sales. Definitely cheaper than Apple store. Not sure about lazada but shopee awu has add on deal for AC+ that is selling at 10% off (Same as EPP discount)

But the AC+ starts immediately as they ship your watch with AC+ already activated. If you want to buy AC+ separately within 60days of ownership, u can visit any of the 3 Apple store if you have EPP discount (10% off) or visit Alabs (10% off too)

The difference between Apple & Alabs is Apple gives international AC+ coverage whereas Alabs is local SG only. Best is you have EPP & buy from Apple haha!

Wait for 12.12 sale and get from Shopee or Lazada. I bought mine on 11.11 from Shopee at $1105 and got 5000 shopee coins. So end up it's $1055. Remember to also use Shopback to earn cashback.

Just had a haircut. The trial loop has this issue where the small small tiny hair get stuck in between the threads, damn ***** difficult to get it out

I had a haircut too this morning and was wearing my Alpine Loop, no small hairs trapped on it. I guess it's the type of fabric on the Trail Loop, similarly to fabric on t-shirts.
