I don't think anyone can recommend a specific brand. Look for ones with 2GB of RAM at least, especially if you intend to use Google Maps. It's gotten bloated lately and will likely FC due to lack of memory on 1GB devices. (Or: just somehow disable this and use Waze).
For me I didn't actually replace the stock radio with a head unit, I invested in a rear view mirror / reversecam / dashcam / dvr combo that happens to be powered by Android. Options like these do not require you to perform surgery on your vehicle, and its simpler if you're willing to run things off the car cigarette lighter plug,
DIN Head units are available up to Android 10, tho in general you'll need to also buy the facade replacement along with this, as half the Jazz and fit that don't already have in-car entertainment systems use radios that are built/integrated into the dash. I would honestly advise against this, especially if you are not confident of removing trim and putting it back where it was. Unless you really "gien" having a screen in your older Honda like the new ones.
The problem is that these devices tend to be "orphaned" and never receive updates, if at all, so you're in general stuck with the android version the system comes with - especially if you buy a cutprice clear stock from places like Lazada.
You won't be getting anything running Android 11 for now. let alone Android 12. They don't exist.
You also won't have the option of Android Auto only, you'll need to install the Android Auto app on your head unit and pray that it's supported.
Also, you'll need to contend with the manufacturer's choice of UI implementation. Android 8.1 is the first Android with multiwindow, but the manufacturer of my rear view mirror seems to have disabled this, which is a pity.
if you don't need a rearcam/dashcam and just want an entertainment/navigation system: grab a 10" android tablet with a 3.5" audio jack and a holder.
If you do decide to get an integrated DIN unit OR rear view mirror / DVR, try finding one with at least 2GB of RAM.
Oh, and I believe all Jazz and Fit have 3.5" Aux Port (check for this! It's a blessing for old cars that have them!); plug android device there and set your stock radio to Aux. Better quality than Bluetooth or FM transmitter. There are some units you can't do this with however, like the ones where the rear view camera actually uses the audio jack for data/ power delivery.
