i9 13900k + asus rog strix z790-e gaming wifi1605dynacore
lian li galahad 360mm argb196tradepac
corsair vengeance 2x 32gb ddr5 6000c40585dynacore
1tb samsung 980 pro199fuwell/pc themes/vii pc
msi mpg a750gf150dynacore
case is very subjective, but u still have $265 to play with. thats tons of options to pick from, so just get what u like and fits all the parts.

personally dont see the point of getting z790 over z690, u can get the combo with the asus prime z690-a for almost $400 less and it will do the job just as well. i would also opt for the cheapest ddr5 available now, like 2 sticks of 32gb crucial 4800mhz @ $185 each ($370 total, >$200 saving), and upgrade down the track when prices become more reasonable.

thanks bro for your recommendation, whats the differences between z790 and z690 if I was to run tons of emulators?

if you seldom change your rig setup, do it right the first time and get all within your budget rather than spending less than upgrade in the future. No point, waste time. Trust me, been there done that.

no difference, z790 only offers more chipset pcie4 lanes over z690 so only makes sense if u want to use a lot of high speed pcie devices (ie other than gpu and primary ssd). ur use case is more reliant on cpu choice.

z790 and z690, any differences in term of ram speed?

like what bro @ragnarok95 said, I would like to do it right the first time as I seldom change rig setup except changing of gpu.

if u mean officially supported memory speeds z790 gets a slight bump to 5600mhz but in general it makes no difference since the actual ram speed is determined by the ram u have and the memory controller in the cpu.
