nope 4g works mostly but some place the reception is not good .. also in lift 95% wont work

Covered under general 4g network coverage which I had mentioned, since your location are general places asked. Super roam is just a roaming package for overseas use

FAQ dont have, no dedicated hotline for support

their chatbox is a Bot cannot direct to human, asked me to chat them up on ig and then no replies

this one is user problem. i used smartfren just fine, from south of sentosa until balerang bridge

Tried many times, all networks cannot connect manually, including smartfren.

I have no roaming issue in Malaysia

how long does it take for u guys to receive the SIM card via delivery? they say 5 working days, was just wondering if can receive in 1-3 working days as I leaving SG soon.
