You buyed?
I saw airport sell $58 SGD

I bought the kindle ebook for $20+. I have read finished it. My recommendation is do not buy. Other than those juicy parts exposed on the websites, the rest of the memoir is very boring.

I dun usually choose to read memoirs but when I do, they usually are recommended by others.

Shoe Dog: It is a memoir of not a person but a shoe brand, Nike. Nike's founders started selling Onitsuka Tiger shoes in their home garage in 1960 spread by word of mouth. But Onitsuka Tiger did not want to renew their contract with them as the Japanese thought it brought shame to their brand when their main USA distributor did not have a storefront, so they sourced for their factory to produce their shoes. So that's how Nike started.

The next one is Claude Shannon memoir. Those in the IT line should know him; he is the father of information theory. The binary computer was his invention. Shannon read George Boolean's obscure's paper that nobody read and introduced boolean logic to programming.

This one is only for those in the electronics line: The Chip is about 2 Americans who independently invented and patented the integrated circuit. When the IC idea was first introduced, it met strong resistance from the industry as silicon is not the best material to make capacitors/inductors/transistors.

The last one is not a memoir but a collection of writing by Robert Greene that mentions the lives and stories of famous people.

Don't like this at all. Haven't finished reading yet, although started in mid Jan & only 350+ pages, but I'm now at 80%, so will try to finish.
