your 58 no need power block ah?

5800H comes with the old 19V 65W big power brick

7735HS comes with the new 19V 120W small adapter (no brick) and hearsay can power via TypeC / Gan3.0 too
6900HX/6800H/6600H comes with old but able to do trade in via taobao for new (not viable for overseas buyer), or can order new small adapter for around $30+

barebone comes with mobile CPU inside already... just the Ram/SSD you need to buy & install yourself.

You cannot choose and install CPU yourself cos of proprietary fan/heatsink design in the small enclosure especially the Minisforum some model comes with liquid metal cooling.
what I meant is @Devilsire mention that if we get barebone from taobao..
we ownself add ram/ssd in SG.. we need to PM Taobao seller for > something < so that can install OS or something can't rem

dunno about Taobao but if you need to install your own Windows then you'll probably need to ask the seller to provide you with the correct drivers and whatever needed pertaining to the mini PC to run correctly. Of course if you buy the branded ones, you can download them directly from their website.

Yup, thats the reason why they dont sell barebone sets at Amazon due to the hassles in aftersale support / returns etc
If one installing own OS eg. Win10/11, will need to download/install drivers manually https://www.bee-link.com.cn/cms/support/driverhardware and might not be easy for those whom cant understand chinese, especially if it involve maybe usb port or graphics driver (where one need for OS installation lol)
whereas those bundled up sets (albeit at marked up prices) are already plug and play

BIOS update and tinkering quite on the ball, they releasing patches to fix random issues and unlocking power consumption
https://weibo.com/u/7319305762However i believe only till their EOL, and their new models launch and removal from sales seems pretty fast and shortlived :s13:

For integrated gpu yep, Radeon 680M based on RDNA2. But they say the upcoming RDNA3 in Q3-Q4 might be a huge improvement.
There's also better processor than the 7735 (claimed to be "rebranded" 6800h equivalent) with the 680M like 6900HX (Beelink GTR models), or some minisforum HX90/HX99 with discreet gpu like 6900HX + Radeon 6600-6650M but imo might as well build itx/pc for gaming with those prices

dont buy 5800h or 5700g. these older zen3 igpu dont have AV1 decode.

7735 and 6800HX better.

if next time YT and streaming sites all move to AV1, video will be stutter. :o

try this AV1 test video see without AV1 hardware.

can I check the power drawn would be similar

IF I buy a mini pc
vs
mini itx build using SFX PSU ( but I see the smallest SFX in SG is like 500w). Since 90% for gold PSU is probably at 80% load I think it will be efficient rite?

Issue is I may be playing Diablo 4.

Thanks
Alternative is asrock deskmini, desktop cpu with laptop power brick. But higher power cpu performance will be limited by the bundled 120W power brick. May need to change to 180W power brick. Not sure if asrock will create amd deskmini for 7000s desktop apu?

Comparsion video of intel nux 12 pro vs deskmini desktop 12400. Intel desktop cpu loss to mobile cpu.
