Nope. Nth much. 100k is nothing nowadays.
Even private client 1.5m also nothing much.
Maybe only priority queue which i feel is abit useful.
Got priority queue ah? I mention wealth banking they just acknowledge and give normal queue.

Lol didn't know they exist. My "relationship manager" just told me to say I'm in wealth banking when I go any uob branch. Although she MIA already coz I didn't buy any products from her.
I'm also not sure. Have not stepped into a UOB branch for years. Some of the branches are labelled as "privilege banking centres" too.

Yea. Me too actually. The last time I went their branch, they had one of the worst customer service. Wanted to ask some stuff about signing up credit card and cancelling a credit card that magically appeared in my account but I didn't get, they refuse to give me a queue number. The front desk kept going to the website to get information. Then when I asked clarification about what's written, they don't know. She used the desk phone to call customer service. While on hold for awhile, she say might hold very long, why don't I go home and ownself call..

How do you see in app /web or statement whether a transaction qualify for interest?

Am I missing something because I don't see a logo or text that states it.

Not too sure, I also just opened the account and deposited 100k inside.
Salary will credit later this month and will also spend $500 on my uob one cc.
Hopefully will get, if not should be pro-rated.

Hi, just to check, for salary crediting, reference must strictly be "“SALA” or "PAYNOW SALA"?
Because mine reference state "SALARY"
(From Gov agency though :s13:)

Does it matter? as long it's giro right?
It will appear as follow,

SAL, SALA or SALARY if via GIRO.

Spending in shops like uniqlo or those stores using paywave will be calculated to the $500 spending right?
Dont have to use VISA right? I spent $30 on food via paywave but never reflect on the $500 tracker in the app.

Hi guys. I am very keen on opening a UOB ONE Account. Unfortunately, my salary is sent via ITT as my company is based in Norway. Therefore, the salary reference does not meet the criteria. Is there a way around this? Can someone advise what is the best way forward if my salary code is ITT? Thanks guys.
