Spending in shops like uniqlo or those stores using paywave will be calculated to the $500 spending right?
Dont have to use VISA right? I spent $30 on food via paywave but never reflect on the $500 tracker in the app.
yes paywave is eligible. maybe you need to wait a couple more working days to see it posted first before it appears in the tracker.

Hi guys. I am very keen on opening a UOB ONE Account. Unfortunately, my salary is sent via ITT as my company is based in Norway. Therefore, the salary reference does not meet the criteria. Is there a way around this? Can someone advise what is the best way forward if my salary code is ITT? Thanks guys.
don't think anyone here can help you as it's something the bank has to assist. call the bank and ask.

yes it does, if your tax is paid via automated GIRO arrangement.

Not sure where to ask this or is there a SGFinDex thread?

Is anyone having errors while pulling data from UOB from SGFinDex?

The interest is either

500spend, or 500spend+3giro, or 500spend+salary crediting?

Cannot 500spend+salary+3giro?

of course can .. but UOB can just consider you hit 500spend + salary which give you the highest interest rate .. cannot be giving you total of all the interest in the 3 groups:p

Do you have a DBS acct ? If yes, transfer at least 1.6k into your DBS then transfer the same amount from DBS to UOB (remember to select the purpose of payment "salary").

even tho the transaction type is actually "PAYNOW OTHR"? or they recognise the desc/notes from sender when they put "PAYNOW SALA"?
i believe UOB system is program to recognize the word "SALA". But this SALA may or may not appear depending how the remitting bank format it.

so far only i only try 2 banks and only DBS works for me.

If I spent more than 500 on UOB One card, have savings ard 75k inside UOB account and salary also credited into it, how do I receive the 7.8% interest? I will receive a fraction every month? Or one lump sum at the end of the year?

I used the calculator n seems like I can earn up to 3k+ in terms of interest and cashback per annum based on 75k savings

Just opened UOB one account, gonna try to get the 5% savings next month.
Do I need to deposit 100k from calendar day 1 and keep the full amount till last day of the month to get the 7.8%?

I thought 75k and above can get 7.8% already?
