yeah I had a chat with their CSO (virtual). they claimed they only honour posted transactions.look like they only count transactions posted so end up I've less than 10, that's really bad arrangements as this is out of our control.

I chatted as well and ask the SCO to escalate and I can provide SimplyGo transaction as proof, unlikely it will be succeed but anyway lesson learnt.yeah I had a chat with their CSO (virtual). they claimed they only honour posted transactions.
so for those of us who used mastercard, it's a sure-lose situation because of the bundled transactions.
not going to use them anymore. already emptied my wallet with them. it's terrible they played their customers like that. so they basically wasted my 8.33% rebate if I'd stuck to using UOB One instead. luckily my monthly bus/mrt spending is not that high, around $50 to $60 a month. so 'wasted' around $5.
No need, auto convertion will be done in the Apps and debit from your SGD.If I top up the Revolut card with SGD in Singapore , do I need to convert to GBP in app before use in the UK OR can I just tap ' Paywave style '
I think it's still better for you to convert first if you have the time cos they have a 1% markup for transaction outside foreign exchange market hours iirc.If I top up the Revolut card with SGD in Singapore , do I need to convert to GBP in app before use in the UK OR can I just tap ' Paywave style '
Is there a way to convert GBP bal back to SGD bal in wallet after the trip ends ?I think it's still better for you to convert first if you have the time cos they have a 1% markup for transaction outside foreign exchange market hours iirc.
So if you are using your card during the weekend and have the GBP upfront, then it will just deduct from the GBP, no additional charges from Revolut.
