Reserve on 19th May also going wipe hands in glee liao. el dev no reputation also can sell 24-25xx, imagine UOL pine Grove, reserve etc

Far east confirm don't give chance one, they charge you blood money and are fat enough to sit on inventory for many years.

Yeah I heard they can hold inventory for long, don't give chance one. Even commission also squeeze agents till razor thin. Main thing is D21 side no more new launch so they can monopolize and command whatever prices they like, then sell slowly. Unlike D15 where you have 3 developers undercutting one another

No idea, but reserve concept is like mirror image of OHV, brand the few stacks into different collections, then do a price tiering strategy. I expect them to do the same this time. The strong sales in Blossom show market still super hot

Where have I heard that before :unsure:So the indicative price/low psf units will enjoy the surround sound from the flyover I guess:ROFLMAO:

The low psf units maybe only for the super large floor area or those facing highway. As usual need to add 300 psf for average psf

Look at blossom advertised as 21xx but all the sales average 24-25xx

Yea but not to defend him again, the competition in D15 is real.. he just whacked too hard on the 80 percent sold for TG :ROFLMAO: Rating wise v subjective ...recall he compare Cot D Azur latest psf at nearly 2k n remaining tenure, with TG 23xx to conclude strong buy

Yah I like D15 but only those with sea views. I don't like fact that 4 years later there be 4 projects with ard 3k units competing for exit at same time, including the upcoming tembusu GLS
