only get 1x points upfront, 9x points awarded next month 16th. 1x point, rounded down, 0 points for less than $5 transaction

Upon checking on the transactions for you we are sorry to inform that there is a few transaction which is not earning bonus points that is under the merchant of 'KOPITIAM FP APP PAYMEN SINGAPORE'. The transaction did not come with an online indicator hence no bonus points were awarded.
As stated in the Terms and Conditions, DBS determines an online transaction based on system indicators. These indicators are decided by the merchant and their banker, and passed down to DBS when the transaction is posted to the card. Hence, DBS has no control over this.
Hope this clarifies.

To get rewards with Fairprice app, dun setup credit card in the app, let the app default to use googlepay, setup your credit card in googlepay as default. This is how I get my dbs live fresh online rebate from using the app.
