For SIMBA or Singtel? Singtel using 5G. Simba not sure, but I got the Sim card in 2022. They didn't mention if need to change Sim to get 5g.

Having both lines on Simba, 4G+ and 5G NSA, i can say no much difference. Don't expect speeds up to 500mbps. The highest so far i got on 4G+ was 150mbps and 5G NSA was 227mbps

S23 should already have Simba 5G. If you can't see it, likely your area don't have coverage. I was nearby Farrer Park MRT recently and saw it shows 5G on mine.

In case you are using power savings mode, remember to allow 5G. By default power savings will disable 5G.

really? will check it out when I'm near Farrer Park. I'm not on Power saving mode though unless battery below 25%.

Highest I got on Singtel 5G is 852Mbps at home which is as fast as connecting to my wireless router on Wifi 6 at 160Mhz bandwidth.

that's good speed. i do a few of these tests and realise it ate up my data pretty quickly. lol.

Can't seem to find a solution for this though, I'm on the latest July update and I updated it out of the box.

Anyway it is not S23 Ultra. I using the budget of the budget Samsung A14 5G. Makes no difference as now cannot get Simba 5G after the firmware upgrade.
The Zym 5G that is over 1500 Mbps, also the same Samsung A14 5G.

IMHO.
What I think the best is to just have one standard exterior ... no need to always change case / accessories.
Just design ( like now ) for the case to wear out and replace it.
