IMHO.
I did wallet before for testing. Now is direct.

IMHO.
So good. My 50GB + 58GB still hanging in the air. :ROFLMAO:
Personally I'll always use the official heya shop on Shopee for data plan purchase. Wallet top-up, no choice but to use a third party seller on Shopee.

If you can receive SMS from DNC website (https://www.dnc.gov.sg/) on your existing ported-in number (not the temporary number), and you can't access mobile data, and cannot make / receive calls, it means that the porting-in succeeded, but you are only on 3G. Why?

This is because your retailer screwed up the porting-in process. The retailer only did the porting in registration for you, but DID NOT TOP UP the $10 data plan for you. So, it means that your heya line is in a "limbo" state; technically, it is between the 60-day and 90-day expiry for those who are interested.

You need to go back to your retailer and ask him to top up $10 to your existing ported-in number, NOT the temporary number. This will provision / activate your line properly.

The proper process for the retailer in the first place is to do the porting in registration for you, take a picture of your temporary number, and immediately top up $10 to your temporary number. One visit should suffice.

Now you need a second visit. If the porting in succeeded, the temporary number is now dead, and the top up of $10 data plan should go to your existing ported-in number.

Once this is done (the retailer should not charge you extra because he already collected $10 from you during your first visit), you should get mobile data and be able to make/receive calls and have 4G voLTE reception within five minutes of the top-up.

Please let us know how you get on.
Thank you. But I go the retailer there for second visit, the retailer was saying it should be Heya top up for my account as previously my account was having issue port in, the support ask me go another retailer to get new sim card.

Now I get Heya support to deal with this issue. Hopefully can get this solve asap. As now no mobile data access to my phone, really frustrating.

The seller in Shopee is 1st party.... because is the 1st one selling it. It's akin to going to the shop to top-up. For such related top-up, some shops even offer whatsapp with paynow etc.

Even if SIMBA (TPG) is $1 per month, I will never use it. No point joining the telco with the worst reception by far. Just too many dead spots all over the country.

Give you 500GB also no use if you have no reception.
IMHO.
A lot of pple sing praises for TPG. :ROFLMAO:

Did you pay $10 to the first retailer?

If you did, he should be the one doing buying the $10 data plan for you. That's what you paid him $10 for. Port in and registration is free. But this only applies if the port-in to Heya succeeded.

Are you able to receive SMS on your port-in number with your new heya SIM card? If the answer is yes, it means that the port in did not fail.

If the port in failed, you need to check with your previous Telco. Heya will not be able to help you.

I like your logic. It's 1st party because it's the 1st seller selling it. 🤣

IMHO.
It was like a godsend as in the beginning the number of dealers are limited.

IMHO.
Wah... u experience TPG user. 50Gb cannot use finish cos not much use. :ROFLMAO:
Actually my bad experience was with the M1 network. My colleagues on Circles (using the M1 network) had one or zero bars of reception in our office which is in the CBD area. Send them WhatsApp asking them to go out to lunch, they only received the WhatsApp message after lunch. 🤣

Both ST and SH worked perfectly fine in our office. Only M1 had perpetual problems.

Then some people say Simba (TPG) is worse than M1. So I don't even dare to try. 🤣

IIRC, should be above 200 GB. I think from don't know when, is always above 200 GB.
All along, no issue in hitting 250 GB when do the so call 100GB top-up ... until this current 58GB promo.
Like many can attest to, 250 GB is the norm.
I just tried topup using cash at retail shop. The extra 50GB and 58GB come in within 2 hours. It is slower then the last time but still within the same day.

Did your rollover exceed 200 GB and max at 250 GB ?
