You are not alone. I also experienced the same issue with my Galaxy watch 6 classic LTE. Also on M1 mobile network. Error code:4001.

Reset my watch, uninstall and reinstall Galaxy Wearable app several times to no avail. Had report the issue to M1.

Samsung just call me, this is a known issue now. After they solve the issue with m1 will release a update for watch 6

I am facing the same issue with my Galaxy Watch Ultra with Z Fold 6. @85yong, able to share more about your discussion with Samsung on the issue?
