IMHO.Speed is important. My previous TPG 100GB only can usage 20GB monthly because mostly low speed .
I guess this can stated as a fact. Low speed really can't use much because won't feel like using it.

IMHO.So Heya is almost 5X better than TPG.
I just tested my TPG - 1.89 download and 7.30 upload.
My Heya.SG should be download 121
Download is 64x faster ?
I would say mine is a speed issue rather than connectivity because at times, the download can go up to around 10.

if you buy the heya plan on 25 Jun, you loose 1 day. Cos next month your heya valid date will be 24 Jul
if you top up on 26 Jun, you fully maximise the 30 days. The inconvenience is data is cut @2359 on 25 Jun. You need to quickly find a physical store to recharge your heya plan. But your valid date will be 25 Jul.
Alternatively top up max $30 to your heya wallet, at the convenience of your home wifi, recharge your heya plan on 26 Jun.

You're absolutely right, it isn't suitable for everyone. With every decision, there are trade-offs.
I actually like it; I simply put a calendar entry to remind myself of each renewal date. It also allows me to control costs and save money; if I'm going overseas for a week or two, I simply let the current plan lapse until I return.
Online top-ups via the official Heya shop on Lazada and Shopee make renewals much easier and so convenient.
IMHO.
Can also look for vendor whom u can whatsapp them and transfer $ via online.
Can even see the voLTE provided by Heya in your screenshot!IMHO.
Just to feedback, my Heya.SG still as strong as ever.

I know because Heya spoke to me.

Server was Singtel. Generally the jitter of 4 should be quite ok.
