I installed the app, granted Superuser rights for it using Magisk. It got stuck there on "Checking Device Compatibility". :s22:

My phone is Samsung A8 Star.

CMLink's $20.8 plan QCI is also 9. We can probably assume all Singtel MVNOs are QCI 9.

I think main question right now is the QCI for singtel's regular sim only plans, the more expensive phone bundled plans and the priority/enterprise plans.

Can concur, just tested CMLink's $10 for 100gb promotional plan

Same QCI 9

Tested using what phone? I think might be a bug since QCI typically maxes out at 9 for normal data connections.

That's not necessarily true. AIUI the QCI is just a value. The operator can set it to whatever they want as long as their backend supports it.

There are some standardised values which is what is listed in the Wikipedia article you linked. But operators are free to use any values they want. Also quoting that article, emphasis mine:

QCI is a scalar that is used within the access network (namely the eNodeB) as a reference to node specific parameters that control packet forwarding treatment, for example scheduling weight, admission thresholds and link-layer protocol configuration.
Anyway, I got 170 for Giga, as reported by my OnePlus 5T running LineageOS 20.

Interesting that RedOne is prioritised over Giga
