I don't think any MVNO refunds balance, but I could be wrong. Most of the T&Cs I've read make clear there are no refunds.

There's a small fear that this practice will carry over to the main telcos to simplify their billing department.

They are very rigid when I am with them and don't listen to feedback.

i see. The $10 plan with 50GB 4G speed and 50GB streaming speed is very vague. There are lots of other MVNOs with true 100GB data. Not sure why are they going this way. the $10 plan don't have roaming data also

Anyway ths fact is above speed is most TPG simba users getting everyday
