anyone bought Caudabe Sheath directly from their web before Sept 27th and wrote to them for the complimentary action button cover and yet to receive a response from them?

Purchased on 17 Sep and emailed them immediately. They replied the next day with a promo code for the same colour, with an option to request to change to a different colour if desired.

I guess they're just swamped with requests now. As long as you made your order before the deadline, you should be fine.

not that deep la. it requires a bit of effort to press in. anyway when the complimentary case is ready, just have to wait 2 weeks for it ship over. still trying to find the perfect use case for the action button. 1 week of using the phone, havent use it much.
