Purchased on 17 Sep and emailed them immediately. They replied the next day with a promo code for the same colour, with an option to request to change to a different colour if desired.

I guess they're just swamped with requests now. As long as you made your order before the deadline, you should be fine.
did you use your same email for your order confirmation or you drafted a new one?

I cancelled my Amazon SG order after learning from you all about the batch issue.

I realised Amazon SG get stock from Spigen Korea?

Anyone can share their experience with Spigen Glastr EZ Fit from Amazon SG?
Let me provide an update. I just helped to paste two iP15PM for my Sisters with Spigen Glas.tR EZ Fit from Amazon SG.

Installed successfully with first try. There is just one bubble that I had to remove on one of the installations.

After experiencing with the installation, I can finally understand why some failed with bubbles. I would say, don’t use the alignment frame, it is the main cause for that one stubborn bubble I encountered.

I feel there is design flaw on the alignment frame that can cause bubbles. The frame cause the airflow to go multiple ways which can end up causing trapped air bubbles.

Personally, removing bubbles from screen protector installation is easy to me. But save yourself money and don’t use the alignment frame. 🙃

Had two bubbles on mine, the alignment is about 98% there so I don't think using the frame is an issue.

Yes, I just replied to the confirmation email (which happens to be sent from the same support email they instructed us to contact), so at least they have all the relevant information at a glance, which probably makes things easier for them.

The alignment frame main purpose is to help you align, not to prevent bubbles.

But if want zero bubble installation, remove the glass from the frame and manual align. Once happy with the alignment, drop the glass down from top to bottom, this will ensure airflow only escape 1 way.

I just placed order after I saw your post 🤣

Didn’t know this brand sells Corning SP 👍🏻 Pricing also more reasonable compared to Benks.
