Hi all, since no hsbc ega promotion for october i signed up for a cmib fastsaver account today. Questions pls:

1. I was able to sign up for an account today and able to place deposit of 1k. Is it considered activated now and im eligible for the promotion from oct onwards?

2. Is the 3.5% interest for the full deposit amount everyday from oct 1 to feb as long as i maintain the initial deposit of 1k today?

Pls go thru this thread and read the last 10 pages. What made you signed up in the first place?

The tnc is quite clear for new users. You can refer to the example table at the bank's website to see how to earn the 3.5% interests.

Read it a few times.

To be activated, still have to wait for them to contact you. About 3 working days after your deposit .
Eligibility for the promo is based on date of application.

I think that balance at 31 Oct must be at least $1,000. Balance on 30 Nov must be at least = to 31 Oct, and so on
