Last year bought was 1299, I sold my p7pro after 6 months cus it gets hot easily and the battery cmi

Probably a software lock. It's the same model for all outside US.

Yea not so worth it hardware package wise, but software is where they claim the magic is but even there SG gets nerfed badly with regards to the pixel only features.
