Hmm? Buy through Apple store is always within 60days of phone activation. Never heard of can buy after.

when apple did the diagnostics, they said there was an issue with the faceID, although faceID works perfectly for me. They offered me 2 options to get the phone replaced, either express replacement at 38.01 or go down to a nearby authorized repair center to get it fixed. Of course not wanting to risk losing a replacement by going down to the repair center, i willingly paid the 38.01

Anyone bought from AC+ from lazada? My status showed active but the phone doesn't show the coverage. My AC+ was bought together with the phone from lazada.

So you’re saying you’re still under warranty and had to do a replacement, yes Express Replacement service is always available but just payable if it’s not covered under AppleCare+, just that in your case it’s likely a warranty covered item so you only have to pay for that service. If it’s out of warranty, you’ll have to pay the $38.01 + repair fee

CHat with Lazada Apple to find out.

Last time I bought from Shopee I chat with them to activate and it took quite a while to show on my phone.
And do request for a copy of invoice and AC+ service agreement in case you gonna do transferring or refunding next time.

After 60 days has passed (and before 365 days), AppleCare+ can be purchased by taking a device to an Apple retail location with a Genius Bar appointment for an inspection, which is required to get coverage after the 60 day mark. If a device has any accidental damage during the inspection, it needs to be repaired before AppleCare+ can be purchased.

as long as you have the apple care agreement number, and the email for proof of coverage... or you see it on the Check your device Coverage site... u are good

i was at apple store just now buying other things. the staff told me for iPhone if you bring to Apple Store within 1 year warranty, you can buy AC+ anytime (even after 60 days)

but they will inspect your physical condition and run diagnostics.

But i saw someone posted now AC+ starts from your iphone activation date, rather than AC+ purchase date liao. Not sure true or not.

If buy within on 1 year mark. Dk isit only have 1 year AC+ since starts from activation date.
