I do face this issue sometimes and it could be an issue with the charging cable... Once I change the cable it more or less solve the problem although it does pop back up once in awhile

Why not? Look for good deals... except for the lack of microSD card slot (which is a deal breaker for me), it's an excellent tablet...
I think wait for mi pad 6 if you want to buy. Here u only help clowns clear ex stock at $400-500. Courts already sold every piece and run. Now u see out of stock.

256GB is useable right? Now with all the streaming apps, i don't have much to transfer inside.

Yes 256 GB sounds good... but a lot depends on how many apps you install... AAA grade game titles really use a lot of storage space these days with updates running into hundreds of MBs or even 10s of GBs... so if you have lots of large apps then 256 GB might not cut it after a while... if all you do is to stream then definitely it's good... but then I would probably buy a large TV and chromecast from a phone to a large screen?

It managed to fix my refresh rate issue from 60 back to 120hz (previously it was stuck at 60)

Feels that it's always 120hz to me. You mean the setting jump back to 60 or its showing 120hz but only running at 60?
Before the latest update it's always showing 60 hz even though I've set it to 120 hz in the settings and tried various methods shared on the internet but all didn't work and my refresh rate was still showing at 60hz
